As Seen In: Food & Wine

Food & Wine magazine featured a Suite One Studio platter in their beautiful July issue. This midsummer issue celebrated the stunning colors and flavors of seasonal produce, available at their peak during these long, hot summer days. Packed full of tantalizingly fresh flavor combination this issue is the perfect companion to a summer Farmers' Market trip.

The recipe shown on the Suite One Studio platter (labeled 4) can be found here on the Food & Wine website. I love the pretty mix of oranges, purples, and greens that this recipe creates. The colors may be rich but the recipe itself makes a veggie centered dish that is light enough to be easy summer fare, when those truly rich recipes that keep you hunkered over a hot oven for hours just aren't what you're craving. This dish is ready in less than 15 minutes and finished with a bright hint of lemon and dill for a truly wonderful summer flavor.

Thank you Food & Wine for the stunning feature! And for this incredible Eggplant Potato Salad recipe that will certainly be debuting on my own dining table very soon!
