A set of two supremely glamorous dessert plates made from smooth white porcelain and a variegated handmade pink glaze that sports all the charm and variety of a watercolor painting.
The edge of each organic hand-formed plate is painted with genuine gold. The gold trimmed plate is then fired in the kiln for a third firing making these plates food safe. Handwashing recommended.
These handmade plates are made from clay and organic minerals mined right here in NC. As a result of using natural organic materials in the making process your plates may feature handmade variations seen in the glaze, such as small iron spots similar to a light vanilla bean speckle.
All handmade variations are carefully screened, and only the finest plates are presented. We like to think that any subtle variations are part of what makes these plates so very special!
